Rapid Window Tinting - Terms and Conditions
1. Artwork Revisions:
During the window tinting design process, you'll receive an initial consultation with one round of minor revisions. Significant changes or alterations to tint choices may result in additional charges.
2. Approval & Finalization:
To proceed with your tinting service. Once approved, the client will be put on schedule and will be expected to show up to the appointment.
3. Agreement:
By engaging with Rapid Window Tinting, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
4. Professional Conduct:
We expect all parties to work together cooperatively during the service. If the customer is unreasonable or abusive, services will be halted, and all deposits and materials will be retained.
5. Color Matching:
We strive for accurate tint color matching, but minor variations can occur due to differences in vehicle glass and tint film types.

8. Rescheduling and Cancellations:
To reschedule, we request a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Late arrivals or no-shows may lead to a canceled appointment and additional charges.
9. Ownership of Design:
Any custom tint designs or patterns created by Rapid Window Tinting remain our intellectual property. Upon completion, you are granted a non-transferable license to use the final design and tint choice.
10. Acceptance & Time Frame:
To proceed with your tinting, a signed agreement is required. Time frames provided are estimates, and while we aim to meet them, delays may occur due to unforeseen issues.

If the customer engages in unreasonable or inappropriate behavior, services will be immediately stopped, and any deposits or materials will be retained.

Warranties & Liability
Workmanship Warranty
At Rapid Window Tinting, we guarantee the quality of our installation for one year from the date of service. This warranty covers any issues resulting from the installation process, including peeling, bubbling, lifting, or creases caused by improper or incorrect installation. If such issues arise, we will either repair or replace the tint at no additional cost.
Product Warranty
We ensure that all window tinting films are free of manufacturing defects. However, manufacturers may offer varying warranty periods depending on the type of film and environmental conditions. We will inform you of the specific warranty applicable to your chosen product, which may vary for horizontal vs. vertical surfaces.
Pre-Existing Damage
If any damage is found on your vehicle’s windows prior to the tinting process, it must be reported before installation begins. We are not liable for any pre-existing damage or issues that may affect the tint application. If damage is detected during the process, we will notify you of any additional charges for repairs or delays.
Claims Process
To qualify for warranty service, customers must report any issues within the warranty period and provide written notice to Rapid Window Tinting. We will assess the claim and determine the next steps based on our warranty guidelines.
Exclusions & Limitations
Our workmanship warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, neglect, intentional damage, or any conditions beyond our control, such as environmental factors (e.g., harsh weather, vandalism, etc.). Normal wear and tear, as well as damage caused by incorrect cleaning methods or failure to follow care instructions, are also not covered.
Voiding of Warranty
The warranty may be voided if the tint is improperly maintained, incorrect cleaning products are used, or if the film is altered, modified, or repaired by anyone other than Rapid Window Tinting’s trained professionals. Additionally, any misuse, neglect, or failure to follow proper care instructions will also void the warranty.
Indemnity
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rapid Window Tinting and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from any acts or omissions by the customer or their agents that result in damage or issues with the tinting work.

No Refund Policy
All Rapid Window Tinting Products & Services At Rapid Window Tinting, we take pride in the quality of our work and the premium products we use. For this reason, we do not offer refunds on any services or products once they have been installed or completed. We offer warranties on all qualifying products and services, which are specifically designed to give our customers peace of mind. If you experience any issues related to installation or product performance, you are fully covered under our warranty policy. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the vehicle or product to our shop so we can inspect and resolve any concerns. We are committed to fixing any issues until the job is completed to our high-quality standards.
